Returns & Cancellations
There are a couple of ways that you can return an order to us;
Free returns to store
If you happen to live close by you can return, in person, products purchased either instore or online to our store as long as they are returned in their original, unused condition and are in a resalable condition within 30 days of receipt and accompanied with your receipt or delivery note.
If you have mis-laid your receipt for an instore purchase made by a card payment then we can search our transactions as long as you have the original card number that was used to make the payment.
NO CASH PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Returns by post
You can return products purchased online as long as they are still in their original unused condition and within 30 days of receipt. Before posting your items back to us, it’s important you call/email us to explain the reason for the return and to obtain a return number to quote on your return packaging.
Please note that if a) you do not obtain a return number then we will not entertain or accept any claim for the cost of returning the items and b) we will not entertain or accept any claim for the cost of returning items where expensive methods have been used such as eg Royal Mail Special next day delivery.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days of receiving your returned items, and the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit/debit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card/bank statement.
Please ensure you retain proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit if no proof of delivery is available.
Cancellations prior to dispatch
You can cancel your order or items in your order up to the point of us dispatching your order by calling us.
Missing, damaged or incomplete orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately quoting your order number and detailing the problem with your items.
If you don’t receive your items within 7 working days of receiving a Dispatch Confirmation email, please contact us quoting your order number, and we will open an investigation with the appropriate courier.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been damaged after you have received them due to misuse, wear and tear or accidents.
